Companyis launching and marketing a summer shoe in London Fashion Week. Under this report, a shortresearch is being done for which aims and objectives is being made. Moreover, a projectmanagement plan is also included so that a research person have an idea of tasks that are neededto be done. Henceforth, according to this a valid conclusion will be given (Ahmed Dine Rabeh,Jimenez-Jimenez and Martínez-Costa, 2013). This also affects organisations which are running on small as well as largescale as they can do expansion and also revenue generation. Therefore, it can be stated that asthere is more interaction between people, business and government across different countries,there is a increment in ratio of world's economy. Moreover, along with this there are differentglobalisation factors such as economic, culture, etc. that impacts directly on various function oforganisation like marketing, human resource, production and more. This can either be a positiveor a negative impact. H & M is creating a new summer shoe along with 3D printing at anaffordable price for its customers. They launched their shoes in London fashion week wherethere is a huge number of public coming to event. Moreover with this, it will be also beneficial toorganisation in popularising themselves in country through selling unique products to theircustomers. Company is creating a brand which is different from their competitors and thereforethey can influence more and more customers. This will also lead to earning high profits andincome (Crane and Matten, 2013).Aim: “ To launch new new shoe in London fashion week in order to compete with big brand andenhancing business profit”. Since it is not possible to estimate actual cost of doingexpansion globally but organisation is required to incurred approximate£100 million in order to effectively finish this project. Scope This can be utilised in order to determine opportunities that are related toconcept of project in future time. This would be helpful for H&M, as theycan expand their operations of business and also make advantage ofopportunities which are being needed. They must determine impact ofdifferent factors of globalisation so that they can wider their scope. Withthis firms are able to provide good quality products and services to itsconsumers. Main scope of this report is to determine different opportunitiesthat are beneficial in order to implement project in an effective manner(Gebauer, Edvardsson and Bjurko, 2010).4
