situation. So, I tried to cheer him up and start doing such activities in which he is interested. By

doing such things it helps in the encouraging him most along with that it was the best try which
helps me to do this thing which is beneficial for this type of recovery. We both start to attending
seminars of motivation in which these type of topics are arises as well as also take him out for
chill(Murray, Jenner and Pickett, 2011). These things help him in feeling the sense of fluffiness
within himself. These are the important things which I had adopted for him to get over come
from any situation.
I started giving company to him in every situation and start listening to various type of
music which he like most. Music was his love so, I picked up this thing and start cheering him
with the help of this. After sometime I marked some changes into him and this was my great
success. This helps me in changing himself and helps him in getting again his soul. But this was
not the end a bit aloof was remain in him. So, I managed a trip where we spent so much time
with full of joy and happiness. Then after sometime his behaviour became normal and he came
out from the depression. This move on was the toughest situation for him because only he can
understand his pain no one else going to understand that. This was the learning experience for
me which aware me about that how to deal with such situations and such type of person. This
significant change of his life taught me many things about all these things(Bazelais and Bruce,
2013).
These situations are not easily acceptable for anyone and this may affect the entire life of
a person but with the help of right person who helps in making the situation positive is the best
one who helps in getting out from these crises. Like me many individuals have to do this things
with their relatives who are suffering from such conditions. So, every one get come out from
depression and maintain positive attitude for its entire life without any issue.
The best recommendation for significant event is that a person should have to be properly
trained about every factors which are related with these conditions. Family members have to take
proper decisions for them along with that they have to adopt such activities which are helpful in
taking out from the depression so, that negative factors can be decline and reduced.
This moral support and nature is the best medicine for anyone. So, they have to adopt this
technique in their improvement. This is a best recommendation for every person who is suffering
from this situation. Because family is the best medicine and friends are the best doctors in the
entire world.
