Public sector Stakeholders analysis The World bank has organized three pilot stakeholders analysis since 2002. Amongst these three the first two was conducted in the region of East Asia Pacific. One took place in an underdevelopedcountry and another in a developing nation. It has been observed that the underdeveloped country was introducing civil service and anti corruption policies whereas the developing country is into anti corruption reforms. The stakeholders are classified by their power and ranks. The third one was held in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region where reforms of cereal policy and the political economy was to taken into consideration. As done in the first analysis, here also recognizing the key stakeholders, tradeoffs and negotiation was needed in order to reach a sustainable reformed proposal.
2.2 Describe the nature of the relationships with customer within two selected not-for-profit organizations •Customer relationship is always important in profit making business firms also in not for profit making firms as they both work for the ultimate customer satisfaction in their organizations. Teach First and SLH (South Liverpool home)service are two different not for profit organizations based in UK. Teach first is an educational institution which inculcatesleadershipskillsinstudentsandprovidefreeeducationtothe underprivilegedstudents and they are further provided with constant guidance in their educational fields whereas SLH is serving home maintenance to the people of South Liverpool.
SLH(South Liverpool home services) SLH is a direct labor organization which offers efficient and effective services to their customers. They add values to the communitieswhere they work. In addition to this, their customer orientation is very organized as they believe in making a mark in heart of its customers. Their direction is focused as they aim in furnishing flexible service which meets the customer demands. SLH is currently serving the 96% of its existing customers and aims to serve 99% of the potential customers. They use “multi skilled model” which helps them to deliver direct services to its customers and get the job done in the specified timeframe. This model lessens the fear of down time and helps SLH in making improvements and focus on customers disruption deduction and environment maintenance. SLH aims in giving customer satisfaction to its client base and they make efforts to maintain the natural surroundings of their customers homes.(Kurtz: Boone, 2011)

Mercy worldwide is one of the best non profit organization which is not operated for making profit but in the interest of people. They have improve customer relationship with people by providing good quality of services to them. Dalit is also an non profit making company which is not try to improve their relationship with people in order to meet their level of expectation and objectives.
2.3 Compare methods used in marketing within the public, private and voluntary sectors•Public sector is a part of the economy system, which is concerned in providing many services by government, whereas private sectors into selling their produced goodsand giving services to other organizations, and Voluntary organizations can also be government guided. •Marketing sectors are wholly focused into assimilating the profits that comes from the selling of the products, where public sectors focuses on the rules and regulations set by the government, they approve of tax payers also concerns in making money by initiating on government regulations as reconstructive schemes. •Voluntary sections are self channeling sectors, they need money as they are progressive towards social welfare, because they have to afford the costs ofcarrying out social welfares, from all the benefits and donations they get from various sources. (Luck, 2008) •Various types of methods are used in different organization such as non profit making and voluntary firm which are help to them to meet their set of goals and objectives.These methods are used in marking process which are helpful to attain their set of target and goals as well.
2.4 Explain the key issues involved in marketing in a selected virtual organization •ABC Company is covering most of the market sector in UK. They have established a strong foothold in the UK market with a handful of employees working for them. •The issues that rise for the company is based on the network of several freelances. •ABC is less dependent on its own machineries and plants due to lack of physical resources. ABC concentrates on some aspects like products and the distribution of its products is ventured by a third party. •They are recently having deliberate associations with different business firms who has acquired efficient skills in the business market. (Maclaran; Parsons, 2009) The performance of company is reduce with the various factors. They are not able to improve their profit margin and with effect cost are also increase which is not beneficial for them.
