Aim:
To determine impact of social media on consumers buying behaviour; study of
Amazon”.
Objectives:
To understand conceptual frame work of social media and consumer buying
behaviour
To examine perception of customers towards online shopping through Amazon.
To identify factors that influence mind of consumers to shop through social media
platform.
To investigate impact of social media on buying behaviour of clients in Amazon.
To suggest ways that can help in influencing buying behaviour of consumers
positively towards social media
