Introduction
The professional policies, practices and advancement in the teaching and training section is quite
different and more structure than the other sections. In this certain assignment, some of the issues
like the effective of professional value on education section, policies of this sections, the
effective management of accountability and key contexts of the education institution may here
analyse. At the same time, the effect and involvement of quality assurance and improvement
within the education system have been discussed.

professionalism as well as the values that influence own practices within the education have been
discussed properly.
1.1 The concept and definition of professionalism and dual professionalism in
education and training.
Definition and Concept of Professionalism
Professionalism is defined as the skills and calibers of a personal in certain areas where he or she
is specialized. In the context of teaching, the professionalism referred as the training and
teaching skills and calibers of the professional people who influence as well as enhance the
interest of the learners to learn certain topics and teaching programme (Evetts, 2011). Some of
the key qualities and attributes that professional teachers may here maintain like professional
values, higher skills, greater knowledge and understanding of professionalism.
Definition and Concept of Dual Professionalism
The dual professionalism is referred as the process of maintaining appropriate professional
standards, skills and ability by the teachers as well as the ability to put their skills and knowledge
to influence learners in positive manner. It certainly referred as the ability of the teacher where
he or she uses various theories and skills to occupy certain subjects to gain his or her
professional objectives (Peel, 2005). With the help of dual professionalism, the educator here
able to expertise his or her subject knowledge, apply different forms of teaching practices and
improve better community networking that really develop his or her professional life.
Meanwhile, this dual professionalism also influences in applying code of conducts like
professional expertise, greater interest, truthfulness, conflict of interest and professional manner.
1.2 The explanation of the way by which own professional values stimulus own
practice in an area of specialism.
In my practice of specialism, the professional values, which effect my performance are
constantly development, truthfulness, passionate, superiority, capability to keep broader
partnership and unselfishness.

To ensure better teaching practices, I generally focus on my experiences, tasks, assumptions,
values that really help me to develop key quality and attributes as a professional teacher. In case
of gaining my professional target, I am emphasised self-assessment and peer assessment that
consider as the best instructional practice. In this case, I have focus on some of the core ideas
such as better relationship, learning approaches, interaction with other, philosophy and effective
theories. At the same time, I also apply some effective strategies to teach the learners such as
practical guidelines, open-mind discussion, ground study, presentation, brainstorming,
straightforward instruction and demonstration (Noordegraaf, 2007).
The above analysis indicates that it is essential to have reflective report which support me
in recognise my professional attitudes and values as well as aid me to apply key tasks in relation
with my professionalism and dual professionalism.
