The specific company that has been discussed hereunder is Google. It hasbeen studied that china is known to be one of the strongest economies in the world, standing in2017. However, there are certain setbacks that the market of China is facing nowadays. One ofthe major problems in the Chinese market is that the market structure in the country is quiteclosed. It does not easily allow the foreign investors to make business in the country and capturethe Chinese market (Moran, Abramson and Moran 2014). The literature review is going to bedeveloped through conduction of secondary research in various efforts. The growing milieu ofthe foreign communication and IT companies have been stringently looking into the factors thathave been taken into certain consideration in relation with the effective understanding of how theeconomic structure in China looks into the acceptance of growing nature of foreign investors. Google’s relationship with China:Google had shut its Chinese engine in the year 2010 thus giving up gargantuan marketscope. There were number of reasons behind Google having taken such decision. Differentfactors have been detected behind such stern action taken by the company. Four years before thebreaching of the contract Google had established its business in China. Primarily the reason hasbeen continuous cyber attack detected within the country (Stevens and Peng 2016). However,many of the scholars have been raising the point of political aspect and the growing geopoliticalclash between china and the United States. With the effective understanding of the case this hasbeen taken into certain consideration since in most of the cases the iconic company has beenshattered due to cyber offence. Due to continuous rise in themode of economic and market censor by the Chinese Government many of the internationalcompanies have been rejected from entering into the national and international market in China.In order to comprehend the differences between China and the United States, it has been foundthat in most of the cases there has been a proper understanding of the fact that this has been takeninto certain consideration pertaining to the effective understanding of the cases. In this regard,two different yet coherent theories can be related to the problems cited through the discussion-first the theory of Cultural Dimension by Hofstede and the second, Trompenaars theory andmodel of National Culture Differences. Since this has been taken into certain considerationpertaining to two different theoretical framework, the cultural and national differences have beencited as the greatest and the direst problem in front of Google’s free flow business operations inChina. Since Google is an US based company there is several issues pertaining to the effectiveunderstanding of the cases with the entire understanding of how it would be directed towards themarket consideration. Hofstede’s Cultural Dimension Theory:The Cultural Dimension Theory, proposed by Greet Hofstede deals with theanthropological problem-areas, thus looking into the process of different core understanding ofthe values in different cultural aspects in international business communication. Based on crosscultural studies the theory encompasses the human resource consideration of the case that hasbeen taken into certain consideration pertaining to the effective understanding of the entireprocess. The Cultural Dimension Theory illustrates the impacts of the social culture and itsattributes upon its members thus correlating the business factors in different conjunctions(Rallapalli and Montgomery 2015).
