As per the recent survey conducted it has been determined that about 88 percent of
millennials determines the need for the company whose value reflect upon their responsibilities
and along with 86 per cent of millennials would leave the organisation if the CSR level doesn't
meet their expectations. From this it has been analysed that younger generations are looking for
the workplace which provides them with career advancement opportunities. This shows that
employers should maintain equality, gender diversity, cultural awareness and gender diversity.
Employees working at well established business are more productive and active than the average
work force. They work more enthusiastically in achieving goals and objectives. It is not
necessary for the organisations to show to the outside public that they are socially responsible
but they should incorporate this purpose in their business attitude which appeals to the workforce
and empowers them to work in socially responsible manner. In order to achieve organisation
targets and objective it is necessary for the employee to work in a collaborative manner under a
common vision and mission towards the effective realisation of goals. Strong team is the life
blood of the business, when employees work in team it leads to open and honest discussion
between the employees , enables them to contribute to business success. Individuals associated
with the organisation such as shareholders, proprietors expect a return from the company. Thus
employees working in organisation and contributing to social cause will be a motivating factor to
work effectively for organisation and achieves its targets.
