In the key partner section, the partners who will be accompanying the business prosecution will be discussed. This section will also help in recognizing the stakeholders who will be responsible for the success and failure of the project. These partners are considered to be most important stakeholders of the project. This recognition of the important stakeholders will help in better analyzing of the project. Understanding of the key partners re important in the completion of the park as it is an indoor park and huge amount of investment is required. This huge amount of investment will help in better prosecution of the park (Abdullahi, Ismail and Samat 2019). In the key activities the job that are to be performed is summarized and this will lead to the fact that the management of the project.
