In this article, the author, who is also an assistant professor in university reveals that
in present and competitive business world, business managers have to face many challenges
especially while they take critical business decisions. The author claims that to eliminate
issues related to employee’s ineffectiveness and transformational changes, it is significant
that managements are aware of making effective decisions through good communicational
skills. Since Odine (2015 also stated a similar viewpoint, it can be assumed that business
managers who specialises in knowledge management and are good orator as well as listeners,
always generate effective ideas that can potentially eliminate negative impacts in
organisations. After conducting a methodological study, the author reveals about various
communication gaps facing businesses and effective ways that can help in bridging those
gaps. This article, therefore, illuminates bibliography through providing its readers and
contemporary business managers with communication skills related advantages along with
describing how sound communication enabling can motivate employees and increase
organisational productivity.

article enriches this bibliography from an international perspective by recommending various
technological and systematic ways that can assist organisation while making strategic
decisions.

This issue in Emerging Science article reflects upon communication issues arising
particularly in construction companies and identifies various impacts by making a research on
past experiences regarding failed projects. Study made by the authors reveal that poor

communication in construction sites can either be small scale of bigger ones depending upon
the communication between client and the contractors. Therefore, the author shows an
urgency to identify consequences that may result in severe failures and conflicts in projects.
Unlike work conducted by Shonubi & Akintaro (2016) of global companies, this article
focuses majorly on one industry thereby giving its audiences and construction company
owners a detailed insight about communication importance for releasing successes in their
projects. This article again enriches this bibliography by identifying significant problems that
may arise at workplace atmosphere and how big or small projects are affected by it.
Furthermore, this article gives appropriate solutions to reduce workplace communication
issues and says that to discover the severity behind ineffective communication, construction
practitioners must make a pragmatic survey before enabling alternative communication plan.
