INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning has main aim to developing the strength, needs, skills and main
interest of an individual (Collins, 2021). The main of this assessment is to conduct a reflective
learning of own strengths and weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
Reflective report
This report consist self-assessments which is required to improve my own learning and
development programme. My learning skills and needs are described of the basis of my learning
styles as demonstrate below:
Topic: Personalised learning
My learning style: I can personalised my reading skills by more reading and seeing pictures so
that I can remember more as compare to other style.
It means: This means that I learn things in more better.
Topic: How to write an essay/report/project?
My learning style: To write essay, report or projects, the most needed thing is silence and right
guidance. For this I need metal peace so that I can assess and represent better data.
It means: It means I can easily get distracted by surroundings near me.
Topic: Reflective thinking
My learning styles: I am a visual learner, so when I make reflective on my personal skills, I
need to imagine things and try to arrange them in some logical content.
It means: It means I need to observe most of the things to order to develop a mental base.
Topic: Conducting SWOT analysis
My learning Styles: To conducting personal swot analysis, so I noted down all important things.
It means: This means that firstly I manage the things in my mind before launching on paper.
Topic: Preparing Personal Development Plan
My learning Styles: To prepare my PDP, I used to prefer my swot analysis and then pre-decide
my targets to shape my future.
It means: It means I am a mental planner, which means I am always ready to plan my future.

My learning Styles: this include good listening and observation skills so that I liked to pre-
prepared.
It means: It means it take several time to become more comfortable.
Topic: Oral presentation skills
My learning Styles: Whenever I make presentation and go for that, I would like to pre-prepared
for topic.
It means: I would like to pre-planned and pre-structured data for evaluation.
Topic: writing skills
My learning Styles: To develop this I prefer more practising and more study related to that
topic.
It means: this means I love to learn new things.
Topic: Referencing skills
My learning Styles: I used different sites to learn things and use that references to avoid
plagiarism.
It means: This means I diversifying my skills and learning abilities.
Assessment of own strengths/weaknesses and addressing learning needs:

Visualise and imagine things
Use original writing
Weaknesses:
Distraction
Difficulties in oral communication
Ability Planning:
I am a good planner who believe in concept of original writing and try to avoid
plagiarism. My aim is to reduce my distraction and speak efficiently in public (Farrell and
Macapinlac, 2021).
Ability to organise and structure text:
I would love to prioritise my weakness to remove my hurdles and strengthen my skills
and enhance my opportunities for future success.

CONCLUSION
From the above project it is concluded that my strength and weaknesses and their impact
will affect my personal development plan. I work on my weakness and strengthen my skills to
