INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning has main aim to developing the strength, needs, skills and main
interest of an individual (Collins, 2021). The main of this assessment is to conduct a reflective
learning of own strengths and weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
Reflective report
This report consist self-assessments which is required to improve my own learning and
development programme. My learning skills and needs are described of the basis of my learning
styles as demonstrate below:
Topic: Personalised learning
My learning style: I can personalised my reading skills by more reading and seeing pictures so
that I can remember more as compare to other style.
It means: This means that I learn things in more better.
Topic: How to write an essay/report/project?
My learning style: To write essay, report or projects, the most needed thing is silence and right
guidance. For this I need metal peace so that I can assess and represent better data.
It means: It means I can easily get distracted by surroundings near me.
Topic: Reflective thinking
My learning styles: I am a visual learner, so when I make reflective on my personal skills, I
need to imagine things and try to arrange them in some logical content.
It means: It means I need to observe most of the things to order to develop a mental base.
Topic: Conducting SWOT analysis
My learning Styles: To conducting personal swot analysis, so I noted down all important things.
It means: This means that firstly I manage the things in my mind before launching on paper.
Topic: Preparing Personal Development Plan
My learning Styles: To prepare my PDP, I used to prefer my swot analysis and then pre-decide
my targets to shape my future.
It means: It means I am a mental planner, which means I am always ready to plan my future.
