INTRODUCTIONNSQHS Standard 2 “partnering with consumers” was introduced in relation to developinternational movement towards patient centred care. It was mainly created with the objective toimpart health services which is focused on involvement of patient, empowerment of nurses anddefined structure to develop positive outcomes. Assignment will include evidence that the CarersVictoria in health-care has complied with standard 2 of NSQHS1.MAIN BODYEfficient partnership between customers, health care professionals and health care CarersVictoria is the most important element of National safety or quality services policy in Australia.Standard 2 of Constructive partnership only exists when consumers are treated with respect anddignity when services are being provided to them.
