INTRODUCTION
In the context of health and social care, no proper definition may conclude healthcare.
Health and social care management is defined as the aspect of degree taken into account that
reflects the study based on the practical placement that enables developing a relationship with the

contribute to the treatment, control, or prevention of disease, illness, and injury. It is associated
with the disability in which care or aftercare of the person has usually required that focus on

External organisation: While comparing the health and social care sector, they usually
focus on the different measurable and accountable aspects used to create collaboration and
develop compelling aspects for the patient. In addition, the proper study regarding the
cooperation of the health care setting or sector with the external organisation shows various
purposes that divine and develop financial support and care to the industry with the human
resources and formulate practical support and maintenance. In contrast with the merger, the
alliance is associated with the voluntary aspect. The formal arrangement is based among the two
or more organisations based on the further cooperation and mutual sharing that is gain and risk.
In addition, the alliance is usually similar to providing support based on the aspect of merging,
which is often formed with the strategic purpose (Banks and Brydon-Miller, 2018).
Therefore, the main aim is to promote an organisation with purpose and objective that helps
provide the vision and mission to enhance the organisation's performance expectedly. The
alliance member used to show some of the legal independence and some of the coalition based
on the agreement. It usually indicates the informal and formal that may be involved with the bit
of commitment due to the partner resource. The joint venture is also a term that is included as a
partnership when the health care setting and external organisation is used to show some aspect
with the relation of formal agreement in which parties are used to unite to develop. The new

Colleagues: In the social and healthcare sector, the partnership with the colleague is the most
crucial aspect, which helps develop proper communication and coordination to provide quality
support and care to the individual or the patients. In addition, it is also analysed that the
healthcare setting is the valuable aspect when the service is used to provide to the patient. They
play an influential role in communication and interaction and form teamwork.
The individual: The partnership with the individual with the health and social care sector context
is helpful and valuable to know the complication and complexities. In reference, it is more
feasible to produce a care plan and reduce complications. Therefore, the proper analysis and the
fraction are used to communicate and interact with practical which help to know about personal
feelings, complexities, etc.
Families: The partnership with the families provides a level of satisfaction with the patient's
health and social care sector. The patient compliance used to provide various aspects associated
with the term where the patient requires support with the healthcare setting then they can take
immediately. Still, the emotional concern is always related to the families. In addition, health and
social care must partner with families for the proper care and support of individuals within the

Importance of partnership working
Partnership working is defined as the collaboration working where one or more people
are used to working together to achieve the organisational goals and objectives. In addition, the
partnership working in the health and social care used to develop a togetherness that has separate
organisation to benefit from the pooled expertise, resources, and power-sharing. Therefore, the
goals of the partnership working are helpful to enhance the effectiveness and quality of the
