The concept and meaning of partnership:
The meaning of partnership is working equally with partners. The essential concept of
partnership is to share the profit or losses if any. Generally, it is referred to everyone person, the

In a partnership, each partner has the obligation to contribute something which may not in
monetary terms. The power, decision making and roles of each partners are share equally which
must be according to the moral rights and legally enforceable. There are so many philosophies

impartiality, equity, trust, respect, empowerment and honesty. These philosophies are freedom,
