1.1 Feature of Effective partnership working.There are various key features of effective partnership working such as follows:Participation: For the participation for effective partnership working for effectivedevelopment of various skills.Relationship and trust: This can be the another main feature in which the effectivepartnership working can be done for the better relationship.Co-ordination, facilitation and leadership: This feature of effective partnership workingto coordinate, facilitate and leadership in various task as per the potential in individual.1.2The importance of partnership working withColleagues: This are people who will work with the us which play an important role inthe health care to assist and learn various things.Individual: If the individual working with team which is the most important aspect forpartnership working.Children and young people: To work with the children and young people it required thepartnership which will help to understand their requirement(Thompson, 2011).Families: This are people who know each and every individual behaviour but to removevarious conflict its required the partnership working with families.1.3Partnership working deliver for better result in which the positive attitude each and everyindividuals in the team will required to set a common objective. These will assist in deliveringbetter outcomes while working as partner1.4To overcome barrier to partnership working with the help of effective communication onthe issues with the other people which will help to solve with the common goal for everyone.2.1Own role and responsibility in working with colleagues such as follows:To help them in difficult situation and give suggestion as per their issues.To avoid the conflicts with them for not brining the working environment affect.To solve their personal problems if its is barriers in organisations.1

2.2Common objectives which will help to bring the positive working environment which isimportant and required to compromise whenever team is face some issues in while working. Toconsidered each and every mission of the firm before any task accomplish.2.3My own relationship with the colleague are better whenever is required any help theygive effective suggestion. My strength will be used for their Working and weakness which I haveis important to overcome with the help my colleagues opinion.2.4The key to deal with conflicts is to have opens and honesty with the colleagues whichcreate the issues need to solve with the effective communication and common objective need tobe considered before taking action against any on the individual.3.1There are certain roles and responsibilities which required in working with the otherprofession such as knowledge of that filed which is important to develop while providingservices. To manage and coordinate with the team is the most important role that I have toperform.3.2The certain procedure which required for effective working relationship with the otherprofessional describe such as follows:Create trust by guarding confidence and not gossiping:Collaborative with the co-worker in a group project:Improve communication skills by listening attentively to others and talk with the people.Show respect for other and be interested in the perspective of other worker.3.3It is important to agree common objectives when working with the others professionalwithin boundaries of my roles and responsibilities to achieve the goal of individual and personalgoals of the organisation. For all the individual have various goals which need to achieve in anyway(Adair, 2009). If all the people are not able to agree on these objectives that will create hugeconflict in the firm.2
