INTRODUCTION
Heart failure refers to congestive heart failure when blood comes does not go and well
mannered and there is a different condition such like arteries narrowing in heart, change in blood
pressure. This can lead to a weak heart. In this report, there is a discussion about heart failure
shortage of breath use of ECG and blood test. There is also a discussion about the reason for
using ECG and blood tests. There is also a discussion about the diagnosis of heart failure and its
pathophysiology which includes progression, outcomes and causes. There is also the reading and
interpretation of the ECG of the patient. There is also physiology of heart failure and short of
breath was which accelerate heart failure and patient. There is also discussion about the
importance of information regarding the condition and therapeutic effect which can affect
medication and treatment. there is a need to provide every information to a physician for better
treatment. There is also discussion about the drug group with their mechanism of action,
complication or side effect of that drug along with nursing consideration which can have an
impact on patients. There is also a discussion about the medication which needs to be taken and
which initiate not to take medicine. there is some explanation why to take the medication in
critical situations (Wannamethee, (2018)).
MAIN BODY
The rationale for ECG and blood test
An electrocardiogram (ECG) refers to a simple test that is used to check out the heart’s
rhythm along with the electrical activity. In this, some sensors can attach with skin for detecting
electrical signals that are produced whenever there are beats in the heart. This is used to check
pain in the chest and to evaluate heart-related problems like shortness of breath, breathlessness,
fainting, tiredness etc. It is also used to identify irregular heartbeats.
A blood test is done to identify whether or not a condition like anemia or heart failure
creates short breath or breathlessness. It helps to identify severity comes through a different
condition like chest pain, pain down the arm or confusion (Bangalore, (2017)).
Both are the test which can help to identify and ensuring about the problem which is
related with breathlessness. This can help to get better evaluation and diagnosis which can be
thereby doctors to get better and effective treatment. ECG can identify the heart-related problem
and rhythm by the electrical activity within the body. This is there due to help physicians to learn
