INTRODUCTION ASE-C-POP It is necessary to give patient required therapy in order to improve quality of life. The drug therapy is given to overcome patient health problem. For that it is required to find out health problem or issues of patient so that accordingly drug therapy is given. ASE-C-POP is known as pharmaceutical care given to patient.
