INTRODUCTION
ASE-C-POP
It is necessary to give patient required therapy in order to improve quality of life. The
drug therapy is given to overcome patient health problem. For that it is required to find out health
problem or issues of patient so that accordingly drug therapy is given. ASE-C-POP is known as
pharmaceutical care given to patient. It provides a framework of providing drug therapy to
patient. Here, main purpose is to understand need to drug related problems so that specific drug
is given to patient. Similarly, in present report an ASE-C-POP will be developed for a patient. It
provides a framework for giving pharmaceutical treatment to patient. So, this is as follows
Appropriate It has been identified from case study that there
is indication for each medication which is
provided to Mark. Here, metformin is given to
control diabetes, atenolol is given in to reduce
risk of stroke. The glyceryl trinitrate patch is
given to widen blood vessels. Similarly, there
are many other medicines given to mark.
However, in order to reduce allergy, penicillin
hypersensitivity is given. Thus, there is clear
indication of medication. Apart from it,
atorvastatin tablet is given for low cholesterol
level in patient (Hagiwara and et.al., 2016).
The glyceryl trinitrate spray is taken when
symptom of angina is observed. However,
clindamycin cap, esomeprazole is given to
reduce infection in mark. And at last sildenafil
is given to improve sexual ability.
Besides, that it has been stated that nurse did
comply with best practice therapy. In a
systematic way they have analyse mark
