INTRODUCTIONIn the present era, health and social care demand is continuously increased because everyindividual require these care services in their life once. In this health and social careorganisation, psychology is very important which is related to the study of human behaviour,their emotion and thoughts. In a simple word it can be said that health psychology develop therelationship between the service provider and health care provider. Different people havedifferent kind of psychology in their lifespan stages of development (Ashwell, 2005). There arevarious kinds of components that can affect the human psychology and change their perceptionand also affect the health of individual. The following project report provides a depth knowledgeand understanding about the psychology in the health social care section and its implication onthe care services and services users. In addition to this, major anatomical features of the humanbody and relationship between body functioning and relevant detailed anatomy and physiologyhas been also discussed in this report with respect of St. Vincent's care home. It is a modernpurpose built care home that is located in a quite residential area. It has 114 beds and caters for avariety of elderly clients with different care requirements. Furthermore, impact of commondisorder on body structure and functioning has been addressed in this report.TASK 11.1 Outline the main anatomical features of the human bodyFollowing are some anatomical feature of human body-The skeletal structure- This system is most important anatomical feature in the humanbody which is connected with tendons, ligaments and cartilage. The main work of this system isto produce the blood cell, stores calcium and give movement to the human body. It has preparedwith 206 bones in the human body.Soft tissue- This is one of the anatomical feature which aid in supporting and connectingthe structure as well as human body organ. Soft tissues are connected with the skin, ligaments

and fat. This tissue have tendency to grow and it possess the ability to reshape while reactingwith certain chemical along with mechanical changes.Body organs- In the human body there are 78 types of organs and these all aids in bodyto carry out various functions. Brain is the most important organ in the human body which aid incontrolling and governing him activity of the human body. Another most important organ in thehuman body is skin and its major function is to protect the human body from injuries. One of themajor organ in the human boy is liver which helps in storing the food and use it into the variousfunctions of body (Atwal and Jones, 2009).Muscular system- In the human body there are major 650 muscles which aid inmovement, flow of body and other functions. In addition to this, it can be said that muscularsystem is considered as organ system which is consisted of skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscles.Along with this, it has been noticed that musculoskeletal aspects also provides a specificinformation in regard to the human body.Reproductive system- Reproductive system is different in both male and female. In thefemale, it includes vagina, the uterus and the ovaries which generates eggs. On the other hand inthe male reproductive system contain penis and it prepares sperm. Thereproductivesystemorgenital systemis a systemof sexorganswithin an organism which work together forthe purpose of sexualreproduction. Many non-living substances such as fluids, hormones, andpheromones are also important accessories to thereproductive system.Immune system- This body function prevent to the human body from the bacteria,viruses and other pathogens which may create harmful impact on the health. Human immunesystem get the strength from the white cells that are lymph nodes, bone marrow, the spleen, thethymus etc (Chang and Johnson, 2008).1.2 Discussion about the group of colleagues and how the body system interact in order to carryout particular functions and growAs per the case scenario, St. Vincent's care home is a modern, purpose built care homethat is situated in a quiet residential area. It provides specialist residential and nursing acre forold age people. It has major 114 beds and caters for variety of elderly clients with various kindof care requirement like dementia care, end of life, nursing requirements etc. The majorobjective of this mentioned care home is to deliver the high quality of care services andtreatment to patient who have disease related to dementia and many others.
