INTRODUCTION
Health is defined as the physical, mental and social wellbeing of any individual. In this,
the disease is used to create the absence of wellbeing in number of factor. The illness may create
various aspect of factor which may be affect the wellbeing of any person. As per this, the case
study driven about various aspect of knowledge which is based on the pharmacological factor.
Usually, pharmacology is defined as the study of drug which is provide the various aspect of
drug and their effect on the body. This is use to indicate about the various aspect of study such as
body to drug called as pharmacokinetics and drug to body called as pharmacodynamics. This is
also used to provide the various phases such as their absorption, distribution, metabolism and
elimination of the drug from the body. They also provide the knowledge of the adverse drug
reaction and side effect and also they used to create the various aspect of factor which is related
with drug factor. There are some of drug which is occur with the line treatment. They must be
use as the medication management for the better therapeutic effect. Every drug has their life
cycle and have their plasma drug concentration and volume of distribution. As per this, the report
covers about the various factor such as pharmacological aspect, medicine management, nursing
care and the role of nurse in the patient compliance. Overall, the discussion is based on the
pattern of patient (Alexander and et. al., 2019).
MAIN BODY
Pharmacological process
The pharmacological process is used to defined as the drug study within the body. They
are regulated in various aspect such as body to drug and drug to body. The pharmacokinetic state
that the effect of body to drug. The pharmacodynamics factor is elaborated as the effect of drug
to body. As per the given case study, Tom Bing take proper medicine and they gone the
pharmacological aspect. So, there is some evaluation of the Tom Bing which is based on
medicine (Bellucci and et. al., 2019).
Pharmacokinetic:
The pharmacokinetic factor is depending on some aspect which is absorption,
distribution, metabolism and elimination. As per this, they are used to define the pathway which
is accessed by drug in order to take the pathway within body and provide the therapeutic effect in

patient body. As per this, the technique of ADME which is also follow in the patient body are
discussed.
Absorption: The drug which is administered orally are used to absorbed by body in the
region of digestive tract. This is help to provide a pathway for the drug to reach up to the site of
action through the prior blood stream pathway. The extend in the absorption of drug and
appropriate focus on the concentration at the site which is available and affect the various aspect
such minimum gastric emptying time, compound solubility and chemical stability. And intestinal
transit time and so on. As per this provided case study, Tom Bing body physiology also follow
the same pattern for the raise of action potential (Burger and et. al., 2019).
Distribution: This is defined as the distribution of the drug throughout the body. The
distribution of drug is an essential approach for the body. The first step which is taken into this
are create functional loop and this will have used to create an aspect of maximum therapeutic
system. In context with this, the drug which is administered in Tom Bing are usually follow this
step in order to create the effectiveness.
Metabolism: The drug must be metabolisable in order to create the value of therapeutic
effect. As per this, the first pass metabolism is clearly ongoing in liver. The overall metabolism
of any drug is started from the liver.
Elimination: This is defined as the clearance of drug from the body. This all are
estimated and calculated by the elimination rate of the drug. The major path of the elimination of
drug are through urine and or by sweating.
Bioavailability:
This term is widely used in the pharmacology which is used to provide the subcategory of
drug absorption which is taken in the factor of fraction and indicate the percentage of
administered drug in the body and it help to rate the drug which is reaches up to the site of
systematic circulation. The proper medication which is being administered intravenously to its
bioavailability is about 100 percent. This is well defined as the medication which is administered
via the route of intravenous may create the factor of bioavailability (Cox, K.M., 2018).
Bioavailability is measured mathematically as by the ratio of equal to the area of under the
plasma drug concentration curves versus the time for the extracellular formulation which is
created in the intravascular formulation. As per this, the AUC is directly proportional to dose
which is administered in the systematic circulation. In context with this, Tom Bing is taking
