INTRODUCTIONThe study will be based on topic of management issue as Organisation ethics anddiversity. Diversity and ethics are two both crucial aspect that affects the success of theenterprise in huge aspect. Ethical behaviour in the workplace aids to create the positive rules andalso assist the organisation to accomplish organisational goals. The present study has focused on business activities of Tesco, it is British multinationalgrocery store that deals in product and services as book, clothing, stationary etc.However, report will cover activities as outlining the research techniques with use ofqualitative aspect, relevant management theory to identify the issue to enterprise (Rahimi,2017). Thus, critical examination will be undertaken to identify the role of ethics and diversity.Lastly, key recommendation will be given to cope up with management issue of organisationethics and diversity. Methodology for outlining research methods- This is defined as systematic analysis that aids to ascertain the data relate with the topic.It is termed out as system of broad principles and specific method that aids interpret and conductthe study effectively. Research type- The investigation will be undertaken with the help of qualitative research method.It aids to find out the detailed investigation about the topic. Henceforth, this is termed out asscientific technique that aids to gather the non numerical data. Thus, it is technique that aids togather the information with help of methods as interview, focus groups, content analysis andcontent analysis etc. Henceforth, qualitative study will be undertaken to conduct the to collect theinformation about the topic.Data collection- This is defined as collecting the information with the use of two techniques asprimary and secondary (Di Stefano, Scrima and Parry, 2019). It is method that aids to gatherthe systematic information with the use of variables of interest that enables to conduct the wholestudy systematically.
