INTRODUCTIONLeadership mainly include those activities that are related with leading individuals in acompany towards success (Birasnav, 2014). In this those actions and functions are including thatare linked with formative influencing and motivating organisation staff towards more growthprospect. While, management is related to effective planning, organizing, formative monitoring,proper directing along with controlling. All these activities are done in order to effectively utilizeorganisation resources. Present report is conducted on digital technology impact upon leadershipand management in different types of restaurant chains that include, Hazev, Haz and Tas. Inaddition with this report include, leadership styles along with management theories. Lastly,current and future leadership skills and management styles within service industry are alsoincluded in this report along with their formative roles within service industry. LO1 Review classical management theories and leadership stylesThere are different type of effective management theories and leadership styles in orderto perform organisational activities in smooth and effective way. Hazev, Haz and Tas is a wellknown restaurant holding 12 branches in the province of Central London. Some of the theoriesare mentioned below: Frederick Taylor's Scientific Management: This theory was coined by F.W Taylor. In this different types of scientific measures areadopted by Hazev, Haz and Tas managers in order to perform organisational activities in besteffective manner which helps them to manage their bars, restaurant and cafe responsibilities inaccurate manner. Henri Fayol's Administrative Management Principles: This principle is also known as an modern management techniques. With help of thistheory managers can effectively able to effectively increase their competence in managementroles. This theory also states that it is important for organisations to engage employees indecision-making process. Thus, manager encourage and take advice of their employees in thedecision-making process of restaurants. This will help company to gain employees commitmenttowards organisation.
