HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
I have being supported while by using the development plan while through which I come to know about various which seems
to be important while for having the future development. In having the proper development and make sure about the various
thing in the job profile. As being employee I might be thinking about those things which are lacking behind and also make
goals and objective to be completed. Due to having the lacking of the various skill and knowledge I have to face many
challenges and those thing which might be important while for having the better goals and objective to be complete. As I
have also decided for having the proper development and make sure about the those things which are important and make
sure about various goal and objective that could help for developing the future aspects. While having the lack of the various
skills and knowledge I am enable for having the proper future goals and objective for the organization. In development plan I
have also planned about the opportunities and various things which might be important while for having the estimation for
the better future aspects and also make sure the high quality of the future goals and objective which seems to be achieved.
Hence, the employee should be developed in which they can make sure about the various thing which could be important
for the organization while for having their better aspects for the goals and objective. This might be also importation having
the skills and various kinds of field knowledge for being the employee. Through which this might be more helpful in having
the estimation about how should I will deal in any work and how I will make sure about the various things which could be
important for having the future aspects. Development plan have the supported over the employee skills and that can be
having the communication, leadership, positive thinking and decision making. This skills should be make sure about the high
impact over the employee in which the I have faced many issues and challenges for having the development of the
organizational goals and objective. This artefacts have supported for me in having the proper development for which I have
decided for developing the various goals and objective in the organization. While through I can easily make sure about the
many thing which could be important for me in making the high positive thinking over the work for which I have decided or
having the many things which could be important for the organization. I have also decided for making the action towards
those skills which are lacking behind and I would not be able for having the proper development for which this could be
required in the organization for completing the tasks and limited resource of the organization. I have lacked many skills such
as communication and decision making skills which might be important for the organization in having the proper
development for which I must be required for taking the action while having the development plan along with this also make
sure about the work which might be complete on the given time period.
