Their are various voluntary and statutory agencies that plays a vital role in supporting
individuals who is going through significant life events which comprises of health care
assistance and nursing assistants who aim at at providing care to the patients and other
individuals going through some adverse and significant life events under the directions of
qualified professionals. These voluntary and statutory agencies seemed to work closely with the
individuals to ensure enhanced level of comfort and safety to individuals by the way of effective
communication and interaction to motivate and direct them for better implication of health and
care in their daily life to effectively overcome and face significant life event (Urmston, 2019).
Thus, on the basis of above discussion a comparison between the different external voluntary as
well as the statutory agencies could be made which are supporting that individuals through
significant life events as the voluntary agenises mainly comprises of nongovernmental agency
that are basically governed by any kind of lay or professional individuals which is applies
to agencies which work to support individuals that is mainly by voluntary public contributions.
On the other hand, the statutory agencies are the one who are tend to be responsible for
upholding the law and looking after the community as a whole for supporting an individual
during significant life event as they serve and do this on an everyday basis as a part of is their
job.
P4 Role of the healthcare or care assistant
A vital and crucial role is played and lead out by the healthcare and the other care
assistant plays a vital role in providing support to individuals who are suffering and going from
any signification life event as a part of a wider team of support services by the way of
continuously communicating with the patients, relatives and cares to ensure better support and
motivation for employees who is going through certain significant life events. Further, the role
and responsibilities of health care assistant also comprises of personal care for individuals to
ensure overall reassurance and better comfort and safety for the individuals (Sanders, 2018).
Further, being a part of the wider team it plays a vital role in supporting services the role of
healthcare or care assistant consists of effectively examining the patient along with reviewing the
medical history of patients to diagnose illnesses or injuries so that all the required information

can be provided to the administer to ensure more better treatment and counseling of patients and
individuals on their health and well being who are going through under some significant life
events.

It has been analyses that a proper balance and relationship between relationship between
the main organisational policies along with leading a practical support is vital and essential to
provide proper health care and counselling for the different individuals who were experiencing
and going through a significant life events. The organisational policies tend to provide a better
framework that is based on the obligations and the main responsibilities which are set under
certain legislation based on work health and safety which are vital and important to keep mind
and practises in practical life by a health care assistance (Clements, 2018). Thus, an analysis can
be made out that a proper relationship and coordination between the organisational policies as
well as with the practical support that must need to be available in all health and care settings for
the individuals who are facing and experiencing significant life events as it ensures proper
compliance with set legal norms and health provisions along with a practical support and regular
counseling by the way of effective communication to ensures better support and healthcare for
individuals (Callwood and et. al., 2020).
