redevelopment and the aims of report which is distinct improvement. The
objectives have been identified “a need of change in delivery of concession”
but explanation is lacking as how the facilities will affect the objectives.
Understanding ability of ensuring value for the money for the project is not
mentioned or the issues with subject material.

about the priorities of all the three sub-projects Mentioned a proper selection
