Organisational Crisis
An organisational crisis is the threat to a major product
line, unit, or impact the financial performance.
A number of factors or causes lead to crisis in
organisations, such as poor maintenance, leadership
failure, human error, ineffective practices, and
unresponsive culture (Csnews, 2018).
In this presentation, ‘7-eleven organisations’ has been
taken to identify crisis situations and their outcomes.

Potential consequences of Crisis
The issue of the crisis situations lead to a harmful impact
on the functioning and growth of organisations.
Crisis or conflicts affects managers perform their day-to-
day operations and other business activities (Young,
2015).
The long-term impact has been observed on the
performance.
