INTRODUCTION
Organisation is an entity comprising multiple people, such as an institution or an association, that
has a particular purpose. In an organization people, culture and contemporary leadership have
measurements of differentiated level of success. People used to have paramount importance in
organization in order to lead and manage organization. A2 milk company is the public listed
company which has commercialized intellectual property relating to A1 protein free milk. This
milk is being sold under A2 milk brands as well as milk related product which is in form of
infant formula. In this report, there will be clear discussion on performance related initiative,
next to that culture-based initiatives and employed based initiatives which have contributed in
success.
MAIN BODY
Performance related initiative
Culture consist of company expectation, experiences, philosophy which have values to be hold in
together. In addition, contemporary leadership adds cherry to the importance of people and
cultures in an organization. The company have the clear targeting to announce exclusive
licencing agreements which have effects on production process, distribution along with
marketing liquid milk. As there are tremendous level of shift to make companies operate with
motivation to build the company analyst wake up and get them exited to go for work. As there is
increase in level of initiatives which have requirement of the very little resources which will
have immediate impacts the A2 culture and performance.
Work life balance This are major level of clichés in the life of employee which is affecting
the level of productivity as most of company have little enforces and embrace it. The firm will be
sending the article to respective employee biweekly and monthly by giving importance of
finding out their productive work life balance.
The firm is highlighting successfully manner the respective balances with the help of proper
implementation of the summer Fridays where employee can leave the office in noon. The firm
will be managing systems to ensure employee emails, phone calls, and responsibilities are
covered by colleagues when they're on vacation.
Leadership and acumen coalition – The firm have concept of developing future leaders with
maple level of opportunities as critical building for employee recreation with great company
culture. This have consistency of making their company’s performance strong. In addition to
