We are completing this objective in group to deliver best presentation in overall teams. As per this, we analyse various factor which is being helpful in group to do the presentation. The group member are well participating and coordinating to each other. This provide effective sense of learning in topic, in this overall situation I have to deliver introduction part of that topic(Jeske, D. and Shultz, K. S., 2016). I revised and analyse the overall type of and way or presentation which help to show skill and knowledge about that particular topic. I experience a way to deliver the presentation and this help me to learn various approach which is being used while delivering the presentation in a group. As per this when I am in my phase of studying. A group is created to deliver a presentation. The group presentation is easy to deliver but it is an difficult task to create proper communication and coordination in team. So, as per this I used to stand and show the leadership style in overall group. The coordination and communication between group is essential to finish the task in proper manner. This is eventually assigned to our group as a first presentation group(King and et. al., 2019). So I used my power because I play the role of leader. In which is came in front and start to take decision about the total scenario of presentation. The work is being equally distributed to all group member. This help member to do their work in effective manner. This also provide collaborative approach between team to understand topic and work hard on them. I used situational leadership style to handle and tackle group(Li and et. al., 2017). This leadership style state that in present time there are no any leadership style is best. It depend on which kind of leadership and strategies are best suited to task. As per this I choose this style because it is most effective leadership style in which leader are those who is able to adapt their own style in situation and look cues such as type of task, the operative nature of group and other various factor which help him to contribute in group. Thus, this influence me to choose this kind of leadership style. 4. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a number of different priorities and complete a number of tasks in a short amount of time (what did you do and what was the outcome?) while I m studying, at a same time I used to prepare for a exam and also perform an presentation. Thus. I manage the time which is based on two different priorities. The first I used to prepare for a exam and second I have to lead a team which is performing an presentation. I fixed a table which is based on my daily routine(Tsekeris, T., 2017). This new routine help me to work good in both the task. The schedule of doing work help me to focus two task at a same day by dividing time table. The overall pattern help me to manage time and work without any stress. Even though I didn't had this experience but still in order to boost yup their moral I took the responsibility for conduction of project putting best group efforts in it. I adopted Maslow's theory of motivation to keep spirits of the team motivated that included fulfilment of desired needs and keeping preparation environment healthy for preparation of a good project(Oaya and et. al., 2017). And when the deadline came for project submission we were able to complete the project and later when results came we were so amazed to know that our project was selected as top third ranked project all over the school.
