INTRODUCTION
People within organization refer to the people that make differences in each and every
establishment. They offers the ways which helps to transform physical as well as informational
resources that is been utilised into the products and services the buyers value them the most. The
people within the establishments are the ones who are capable enough to generate ideas, solve
issues within the firm, and make decisions in effectual manner along with generation of learning
experiences that helps to improve the enterprise (Carmichael, 2018).
This report will highlight the concept with the help of Fitflop case study in order to elaborate
the role of leadership along with the structure and culture of the firm that may support effective
transitional change. Apart from this, the study will also illustrate the conception in detailed
manner with the help of analysing and evaluating the ways in which Fitflop builds effective
teams through motivation as well as identification of team development attributes.

Fitflop Ltd. is a manufacturing company that produces footwear those are biochemically
engineered footwear especially for the better fitness of the consumers. The enterprise designs
shoes, sandals and boots for men, kids and women. Leadership is all about getting things done
from their followers in order to make appropriate results. The final outcome is the overall
decision maker which decides the number of people who will support an individual leader within
the organization. A business leader is a kind of person who must enhance their share holder
value along with the public sector leader that must increase their public value. Basically it is an
expanding belief that the long term generation of shareholders or public value requires the
addition and equilibrium among the interests of multiple stakeholders in the enterprise. The
company Fitflop has their offices in Putney, Hong Kong, United States, Germany and Vietnam
(Smith and Plunkett, 2019). The organization is actually determined to create an on all sides of
strategy that would have able to provide positive impacts over the entire workforce people.
Company leaders did an employee based research for the betterment of the firm as well as
the employees for which company launched Feel Good at Fitflop programme which was
considerably prised by the staff members of the enterprise. Post launch of the program, company

did a survey according to which all of their employees got actively engaged into the fashion
retailer’s internal communication with the same level of percentage which provides a feeling that
Fitflop genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their employees. At the company, it has been
identified that the Fitflop have Global Leadership team who actively drive their brand and make
commercial strategies in order to make their firm successful. They have multiple regional
persons who are belong from diversified locations within the world. They required engaging into
diversified and distributed groups of stakeholders as well as colleagues in order to get their
things done in most effectual manner (Bonner, 2020). They are the ones kind of leaders who lead
their staff members or followers in highly distributed virtual teams. They follow certain kind of
leadership, who are appropriately able to handle the cultural conflicts, adapt personal behaviours,
create shared goals along with their implementation, managing relationship between
international and local market requirements, and communicate all across barriers along with
understanding external forces in most effectual ways.
In context of transitional changes, it has been evaluated that the company have to replace
existing procedures with the new and advanced process which might includes experiencing
corporate restructuring, acquisitions or mergers, creation of new and innovative products and
services as well as implementation of new and innovative technological changes. It is basically a
way of systematically applying or implementing the changes with the help of systematic
planning, organising and implementing or adopting new changes in order to reach the desirable
future state without affecting the continuity of business during the procedure that consists of
changes. As per understanding the company culture as well as structure, it has been evaluated
that it helps decision makers to do right and appropriate things (Guerrero and et.al., 2020). The
communication flow within the enterprise structure is so much significant that should change
have to occur, the workforce people have to become solely carefully familiarize with the new
techniques or processes in order to do and adopt certain changes within the enterprise.
In general it has also been identified that company structure and culture can directly
influence the establishment performances in context of raising productivity, supporting business
goals of Fitflop and improvement in overall business performance. Leaders within the firm
develop positive relationship with their workforce if they feel that they are also a part of the
culture. With the help of positive relationship or culture, employees will stay over the track and
