chances in different industries, which are helpful in the growth and success of a business. Most
of the leaders have used project management approaches for team building and handling the
diversity of cultures and other things. In addition, people management is a huge challenge in
front of an organization at a global level (Bharadwaj, et al., 2013). Team management has
required to manage different types of people in the organization. Most of the people have
worked based on their interest and skills. Moreover, project management methodologies have
used for business and people management. It is an important task to manage people globally in
business (Braglia & Frosolini, 2014). This report will critically evaluate and review the key
theories, and models to demonstrate about the people management. Moreover, this report will
provide difference between HRM in context of the UK and Nigeria. This report will consider self-
awareness for improving various factors including cultural, social, and psychological. In the later
section, it will summarize and recommended some good options to improve the effectiveness of
