Hence, rewards and compensation are also limited and the businesses need to give their employees competitive rate of pay, managing financial obligations and many more. Adaptation of technology –The technology always upgrading time to time in order to move on with the development. The adaptation of the technology assist in making the various process more convenient , effectual as well as efficient and also gives the consumers more worth. By focusing towards the adaptation of the technology comes with new methods completing the work(Li, and Hope, 2021). It makes it difficult for the employeesin order to coping up with the hard working of the equipments that immediately have a worsteffect on the performance and productivity. In order to avoid
