Organisational behaviour is concerned with
the people at workplace, and management
relates to the accomplish business goals, and
since organisational success relies on the
human inputs. The company chosen in this
report is FItflop that was set up on 26
November, 2007 and its registered office is
situated in London.
Introduction

Concept of Motivation
Motivation- It is defining element that turns a
good thought into an immediate action. In
organisation, motivation induce the employees to
act in predetermined desired manner to achieve
the organisational goal. The organisational
changes increase the motivational level of the
employees.

Motivational theory
Herzberg's motivational theory
This theory is a content theory of the
motivation. It attempt to justify the element that
motivate an individual and employees through
identifying and satisfying individual's desired,
needs and aim pursued for satisfying their desire.
It is two factor theory that involve motivators and
hygiene factor.

Belbin model
Team effectiveness is capacity of any group of people, normally with complementary
skill and work together in order to achieve goals set out by authority learned and team
members. In relation to effective team attribute, the Belbin team, role are inclusion of
nine behavioural attributes that play an important role to facilitate team progress. In
context of the Fitflop, it effective team attributes are discussed below:

Tuckman Model
Team building is a process in which the employees are encouraged to work together in effective
manner. Tuck man's model of team building state that team develops maturity and ability,
relationship establishment and leaders changes leadership style. This model is developed in 1965
by the Tuck man to maintain all necessary phases in order to grow a team, face up to the
challenges , tackle issues and find their solution. In context of Fitflop Effectiveness of the
respective model is discussed below:

Conclusion
From the above PPT, it is conclude that the organisational structure and organisational
culture play an important role ion the company's change management. There are different
factors through which the company motivate its employees. In this, leadership strategy is
very essential s the leader is one which has the ability to influence employees and team
members. They play and important role to implement the change in organisation and
make enable the employees to adjust in new changing environment.
