The human resource management is important fore the organisation because it helps in
making strategies of the organisation. The human resource helps in selecting and the employees
and they will help the organisation increasing the performance. The employees are helping the
businesses and they will make the strategies for increasing the performance. The organisation
should have the employees that understands the needs and they should help the organisation in
achieving success (Herzog and et.al., 2016). The human resource is the most important factor for

organisation. The chosen business for the report is United Biscuits and founded in 1948 and they
are the British organisation manufacturing biscuits. They are headquartered in UK and have
