This is because they are closing down their oldest data centre in Melbourne and trying to collaborate the workload of this centre with the most updated one in Sydney centre. They are planning to increase the capacity of the centre by implementing a suitable hybrid cloud architecture to increase availability and flexibility in their services in data supply to their existing and new customers. Otherwise, he does not have to pay while his code is running.
