INTRODUCTION
The management team of a company work in regards to the development of the
employees that are significantly working for their enterprise. The reviewal of the
progress helps in the enumeration of the level of standards according to which the
workforce is functioning (Bryson and et. al., 2022). The feedbacks through this plan
helps in the formulation of a novel and a fresh communicational plan, if needed, for the
future enhancement in the performance level of the personnel. This project will thereby
help in the enunciation of the personal analysis in terms of the conduction of a SWOT,
employment matrix and the formulation of Personal Development Plan (PDP)

TASK 1
Academic Study Skills SWOT Analysis
This particular scrutiny will help in the identification of the loopholes and the key
areas where an individual excels in terms of their respective performances in the
company where there are specifically employed. This will thus help me to examine the
relative strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and the threats in my pathway towards
the attainment of the goal of becoming the project head of my company.

Development Plan
The derivation of a plan of action for the achievement of the futuristic goals is
imperative for the success quotient of an individual. Every human should plan for growth
and not become static at one place (Mirza and et. al., 2022). My aim and the aspiration
along with the scope of actions to adhere by the proposal is explicated in the below
mentioned Professional Development Plan.
AIM To become the Project Manager of my company.
OBJECTIVE ACTIONS
SPECIFIC The specificity of my aim is to target the position of a project head in
the company I am currently working for. This is my explicit plan for the
growth in the coming future.
MEASURABLE The steps that will be taken by me will be effectually measured by the
end of each task that I will be designing for the attainment of the aim.
This will help in the evaluation of the rate of progress.
ATTAINABLE I am the assistant manger of the company where I am currently
employed, and this futuristic aim of mine is to become the project head
is accurately the stand where I see myself in the coming years. So yes,
this target of mine is completely attainable if I carry on with the devised
plan according to the terms and conditions that will be formulated by
me.
RELEVANT This is definitely relevant to my current field. As I have an expertise in
the situations that have to be faced by a project manager of a team.

TIMELY The approximate time line that has been ascertained by me is of 3
years from now and I will deterministically try to achieve the standard in

Reflection on the development journey.
The scrutiny of my professional growth has helped me to analysis the areas
where I need to improvise for the prolific scope of development. The conduction of the
SWOT analysis helped me in the enumeration of the dimensions where I have exceled
and the areas where there is a scope of improvement (Tien-Dung, Nguyen and Das,
2022) The self-examination thereby proved to be an aid in the specification of the
prioritized areas and the grading of the employability skills furthermore helped me to
analyze the impact of the lags over my performance. The utilization of the matrix proved
to be influential for the examination of the viable areas that are present for a
comprehensive understanding in a viable manner. The activities associated in this
professional achievement planning is crucial for the futuristic growth and development
of mine in the field of management. My aim is to become a project head in my company
and through the derivation of an effective plan of action, I will be able to devise a
forecast map for the attainability of my targets
CONCLUSION
An inference can be thus be made that it is significant to identify the loopholes
and the relative areas where the core strengths of an individual lies. The enumeration of
the skills that are on an expert level along with the distinction of the spheres that are on
the priority list must be enunciate by an individual. This will thereby prove to be an aid in
the derivation of a suitable plan of action for the accomplishment of the futuristic
endeavors. The enumeration of the SMART objectives will thus help in the explication of
the pathway towards the success.
