Accomplishments:
Mr. Blizzard is a young 28 year old technical specialist working for Cryster. He has
overall six years of experience including his year at Cryster. Immediately after his joining
at the company due to some internal restructuring he had to handle technical problems in
addition to the general customer support. His accomplishment in doing this lay in the
development of a newer procedure guide for trouble shooting that allowed the lesser
experienced workers in spotting problems and solving them within lesser time. Besides,
Mr. Blizzard also had past accomplishments where he was able to solve the application
problems for over 100 clients thereby winning repeated business and developing sound
customer relation with clients holding larger accounts.
Strengths:
Mr. Blizzard has stronger organizational skills and has good time management
capabilities. He possesses exceptional technical skills and has a good record as trouble
shooter. Moreover, once defined he not only can diagnose problems but also resolves them
faster in a quicker and efficient manner.
He also had a good understanding of the company’s commitment towards the client
support and therefore made an attempt in segregating genuine problems related to products
from the problems taking place due to the customization or application of software or

In order to ensure improvement in people skills it is necessary for Mr. Blizzard to
attend the sessions and seminars related to goal setting. Mr. Blizzard should redirect the
priorities for meeting the expectations of the firm. It is also recommended to stay focused
and avoid unnecessary distraction. He should also be able to manage interruptions that
come in various shapes and sizes that would also help him in becoming more patient and
calm. Besides, he should also stay calm and provide solution to new problem brought up
by non technical clients. Mr. Blizzard is also recommended to undertake effective
communication that will help him in building a relationship with the client.
Promotion Potential:
Mr. Blizzard possesses the potential for promotions as he has the capabilities of
solving all challenging problems by himself. However improvement of capabilities in
delegating responsibilities and overseeing those for carrying routine task can contribute to
a higher promotion potential of Mr. Blizzard. This is necessary since promotions represent
newer challenges for the employees in overcoming the daily tasks and determine the
