✔ Throughout the development process I have observed
that I tend to possess great communication skills that
will help in managing the activities that are taking
place within the project. Better communication will
help in achieving the target more efficiently. An
effective communication skill will eventually help in
addressing all the requirements and will ensure that
proper relationship is maintained with the
stakeholders. Thus with an effective communication
skill it will become easy to manage the project and
will help in delivering the results towards the clients.

There is a high need to have proper control over the
risks that are likely to come along with the project
implementation and hence it is important to develop
the skills effectively. Risk management skills will
ensure a better way of addressing the requirements.
Risk management is important for identifying the
issues that are associated with the process of
implementation. It is important to understand these
concerns at first stage so that it can be mitigated
effectively. Throughout the learning module I have
gained a huge knowledge and will be able to manage
the risks effectively.

the resources. This will help in understanding the
requirements associated with the project. It becomes
essential to analyse the resource at first phase so that
it can be used for the purpose of managing the
resources. After analysing the project I can state that
I possess a great knowledge for managing the
resource and this quality will help in addressing the
requirements at first instance and will ensure that the
project is being developed successfully by meeting all
the major requirements set by the client. Hence it

that is used for the purpose of preparing the budget

analysing the qualities I have observed that preparing
a budget is a difficult job and I tends to lack at some
