INTRODUCTION
Health and Social care are the terms which are related to the health care sector and which
helps the patients to reside in the care homes which are being made available to them to seek the
services effectively. BME Luxury Care Home is the care home which takes care of the patients
and fulfils their needs and demands by providing them the efficient services.
The report will analyze how BME Luxury Care Home prepared internal memorandum for
the Directors of care home and discuss advantages and disadvantages of strategic planning
models by suggesting the best model. Du Pont analysis and ratio will help in suggesting various
financial factors along with their calculations which will provide accurate results and outcomes.
Furthermore, evaluation of the use of non – financial and multidimensional models of
performance management will be chosen with the explanation of balanced score card effectively

BME Luxury Care home is the care home in England which provides home care facilities to
the people who are in need of the services specially the old age and elderly people. BME Luxury
Care Home provides the services from taking care of the old age people to fulfilling their needs
and requirements on daily basis (Izza and et.al., 2020). The care home provides the luxury by
taking care of the patients and making them feels comfortable with all the suitable availabilities
which are being rendered to them by the care home.
The plan of BME Luxury Care Home is to expand over time to a network of at least five
luxury facilities in London. And to achieve this, the vision of the directors is to achieve the

highest possible level of person-centered care in home-like environment. This will ensure the
long time medical facilities which the care home is willing to provide the patients. This will
include social acre funding for the services which are to be made available to the patients in the
care home. The daily activities of the care home are being taken care of that they are functioning
in an appropriate way as possible (Hargreaves and et.al., 2019). This will help the patients in
having the facilities on the overall basis. And also the BME Luxury Care home is able to take
care of the patients according to their needs and requirements. This will help them in taking
notes of details as what are the facilities which will take care of the patients in the adverse
situations. Therefore, the directors are concerned more about providing the facilities by seeking
growth and development of the care home. This will be done by them as they achieve their goals
and missions effectively and efficiently.
Advantages of SWOT Analysis model – There are various advantages of SWOT analysis
