INTRODUCTION
Performance management seems to be the process of deciding whether a set of activities and
results accurately and efficiently meets a company's goals. A business's, a team's, or perhaps an
individual's results, as well as the protocols used to manage particular tasks, can all be evaluated.
The healthcare industry is increasingly evolving in today's world, in relation to the needs as well
as requirements of the general population (Needham, 2020). These systems now come in a wide
variety of shapes and sizes as a consequence of each country's unique strategies and desires.
Several state owned institutions are working to improve hospitals and small care institutions.
Several privatised organisations are working to improve hospitals, medical supply institutes, as
well as clinics. Internal report again for managers of the nursing home is addressed in this article,
as well as the utility of a Du Pont review to stakeholders and how to adapt that to BME Luxury
Care Home through financial information. In addition, in preparing for a meeting with the
executive team, assess use of such non-financial as well as multidimensional performance
measurement models. Aside from that, the article covers the Du-point study of it as well as them
monetary and non-financial analyses.
Task 1
Memorandum
To: Director of BME Luxury Care Home, England
From: Internal control management
Date: 05/07/2021
Subject: Strategic planning models
Nursing homes were already legally established in the United Kingdom for more than
two decades. Nursing homes seem to be the perfect treatment for individuals who are recovering
from a chronic medical problem who really can looks about them. This will alleviate the stress of
caring for the hospital's wellbeing.
Because of shifts in economic conditions, political policy, and technical advancements, the
nursing home or domestic wellbeing is still dynamic. The importance of planning the
organization's detailed plan has increased. Strategic preparation is critical for just a company's
high viability and sustainable development. This is especially critical for the home care company
and its public in recent times throughout the healthcare service environment, such as the

authority's reform in reimbursement. The BME Luxury Care Home was created in response to an
increasing demand for such services among England's elderly. In comparison, the firm's mission
statement calls for "a commitment to long-term medical treatment performance." Over time, the
purpose is to create a structure of at least five luxury hospitals throughout London. Applications
may have a variety of requirements and/or limitations that hinder their ability to complete
common activities.
Two Strategic planning models
Porters Analysis
This five-force template is just a versatile and practical method for assessing and comprehending
market rivalry. Rivalry throughout the healthcare industry extends to cross-industry rivalry as
well as competition among facilities (Porters five forces. 2021). Even though rivalry throughout
the health sector isn't as fierce as it is in other industries, the 5 forces paradigm also plays a key
role. These are the powers at work:
The possibility of emerging industry entrants.
A new competitor is someone who is innovative but has the necessary resources and resources to
work throughout the field of medicine for both the BME Luxury Care Home. These newcomers
have the potential to affect the health-care company's economy in the united Kingdom
(Williamson and et.al., 2020).
• Buyers' bargaining power
In this sector, consumers' purchasing power (i.e., patients) is reasonable. Because it is covered by
federal dollars and homeowners' premium premiums, the majority of treatments are provided
free of charge to residents. As a result, healthcare costs in government clinics have an indirect
impact on the viability of BME LUXURY CARE HOME.
• Retailer bargaining power
It is unavoidable for hospitals never to take emergency materials such as medications, medical
devices, testing kits, and so on. As a result, every hospital needs to inquire about these
requirements from a provider who promises cheap prices while lowering the BME Luxury Care
Home's quality requirements.
Substitutes as a Threat
The existence of replacements is another important force in Porter's five powers model.
Substitute suppliers, such as mini clinics, food brands spreading knowledge, herbal therapies,
