The study will discuss about how the performance has been improved with the usage of the above mentioned three technologies(Hvidman&Andersen,2013).Datavisualizationhelpstounderstandthe importance of data by creating a visual context. It gives a clear idea about how the data has been implemented and how further data can be implemented to improve the performance andmakeabetterworkingofthewholesystemorperformance.Ithelpsinbetter understanding, analysing, preventing from risks and maintaining transparency in the entire system. Mobile intelligence is another supportive measure that helps in the technical growth of the performance. It is defined as a system that holds both technical and organizational elements that represents the past record to the user to prevent any mistake to repeat again(Yau, 2013). 4 PERFORMANCE MAANGEMENT IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT data that are used for organizational management. The entire system is costly and the user has to spend a lot of revenue to establish this system. The technology can be tracked and hacked by foreign users and the data can be used by them. This can be a serious threat to the organization. The data mash up could be more biased than required that can give either a wrong impression or extra confidence about the entire system(Korzun, Nikolaevskiy & Gurtov, 2015, August). This can misguide the whole system and create a wrong performance system in the organization. However, everything has a draw back and so does these technologies. But it will not be good option to miss the opportunity to create a better performance with the use of these technology(Wu, Battle & Madden, 2014). I f preventive measures are taken and serious action is taken to avoid a disturbance then the problems that has been mentioned here can be resolved easily. The organizations should bot miss the opportunities that the technologies give and must use them to ensure a better performance management in the organization(Toebes & Millican III,2014). The organization can be highly influenced and motivated to work and give their best by using the technologies. The technology is making the working system faster and accurate and thus it is helping the improve the work culture and business performance in every way. Conclusion: Thus, to conclude it can be said that the performance management can be uplifted with the help of the technologies that are developing the skills and strategies of the organization or individual. The technologies that has been mentioned here are helping to create a better view to analyse the situation which can be used for reviewing the performance and checking the risks. The mobile intelligence will create a better platform to perform where ever required and the mash up will give a mixed data including both internal and external data that will be beneficial to the individual or organization.
