Meeting with the Team
The communication manager is conducting a team meeting in the presence of the
team as well as the assessors. This meeting will be held to discuss the operational plan of the
along with the team performance plan of the team, which will be beneficial for them to
achieve the goals that the team is willing to obtain in the process.
Communication Manager: Good Afternoon! Today we are going to discuss the operational
plan as well as team performance plan. This plan will be addressed today in the meeting,
which will be conducted for 12 months, and the same will be implemented in the team
performance planning framework. I hope everyone has gone through the operational plan,
which is being attached to the mail that has been sent to you all.
Communication Manager: This plan will enable the team to achieve the goal and assist the
team to perform well in the process. This will also uplift the position of the Football South
East Coast in the country and will enable us to win the matches that are going to take place in
the process.
If anyone possesses any doubt regarding the operational plan to enhance the
performance of the team, they can ask the question which will be clarified by me as well as
the general manager who is present here right now.

to become renowned and to attract the potential players so that the club can become famous.

Dear Team,
This is to inform you that the higher authority of the club is looking forward to the
feedback from the team regarding the performance plan as well as the operational plan. There
will be a meeting that will be held over the next 12 months regarding the implementation of
the programs in the club. The team is henceforth requested to attend the meeting on the
following dates, i.e., 15th June 2020 at 1200 hours, 15th September 2020 at 1500 hours, 15th

December 2020 at 1500 hours and 15th April 2020 at 1200 hours. The frequency of the
meeting can vary as per the higher authority which will be notified to you accordingly.
The concern that has been raised by the team is conveyed to the general manager who
will be resolved soon by the general manager in 2-3 days. The club is also going to take the
conduct the training and development activity for both the males as well as females and even
for the kids as well. There will be a practice session for all the players in the club football
ground from 1st April 2020 onwards. The club also organized a tournament within the club to
monitor the performance of the players which will be conducted in the club football ground
from 1st June onwards.
