Meeting with the Team
The communication manager is conducting a team meeting in the presence of the
team as well as the assessors. This meeting will be held to discuss the operational plan of the
along with the team performance plan of the team, which will be beneficial for them to
achieve the goals that the team is willing to obtain in the process.
Communication Manager: Good Afternoon! Today we are going to discuss the operational
plan as well as team performance plan. This plan will be addressed today in the meeting,
which will be conducted for 12 months, and the same will be implemented in the team
performance planning framework. I hope everyone has gone through the operational plan,
which is being attached to the mail that has been sent to you all.
Communication Manager: This plan will enable the team to achieve the goal and assist the
team to perform well in the process. This will also uplift the position of the Football South
East Coast in the country and will enable us to win the matches that are going to take place in
the process.
If anyone possesses any doubt regarding the operational plan to enhance the
performance of the team, they can ask the question which will be clarified by me as well as
