Performance management refers to the managing the performance of individual person in
effective as well as efficient manner to enhance the productivity off person or the organisation. it
play crucial role in improving the skills and knowledge of the individual person (Armstrong,
2021). The present report will examine the outcomes of the performance review meeting.
Furthermore, the study will highlight the learning points of the organised meeting.
MAIN BODY
Performance review meeting
The performance review meeting is organised in appropriate manner in which the analysation is
conducted on the individual performance. The organiser discuss the strength that encourage the
employees to deliver the best services to the organisation as well as consumer to enhance the
performance in personal as well as professional life. The host of the organisation provide the
guidance to the audience which is present in the meeting to set the goals in appropriate manner
according to the ability. Along with that the manger stated that it is essential to determine the
weakness of individual in order to improve in effective as well as efficient manner. This meeting
provide wide range of the outcomes and provide lots of benefits to the audience. From the
meeting I identifies and analysis the perception of the person who were sitting there ( e Cunha,
2018). I acknowledge that people need to prepare for the forthcoming challenges by improving
their performance. In the meeting I analysis that for improving the performance the people need
to be motivated. The person can be motivate by learning and development programme. In order
to motivate the person, we will need to focuses on the skills and knowledge. I determined that
performance management play essential role in conducting all the function of the organisation in
appropriate manner. through the financial factor such as bonus, incentives schemes, gift voucher
and sale commission the person can enhance the performance in the organisation. In the meeting
I determined that the host are asking right question in context of performance management.
Through the meeting I come to know that for better performance it is important to being good
listener because if the employees do not listen the speaker effectively then they are not able to
complete the task in appropriate way. Moreover, in the meeting I stated that the employees of
the organisation should cooperate with the colleges and other workers. along with that the
workers should deliver the punctuality and reliability within the organisation. for the effective
workflow the leader should encourage the employees by solving the personal as well as

professional problems (Mone and London, 2018). For the next time I will prepare notes for
myself so I can provide the key element of performance in more appropriate way because it one
pint I skip the main element which is essential to address. The meeting is manged in very well
manner which give the positive vibes to the audience.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it will be concluded that it is essential to enhance the performance at
workplace in order to boost the employability of individual. The present reported highlighted the
key element which is essential for the productivity and profitability of the organisation.
