In this, there is discussion about the delivery of learning about person centred care services for future nursing staff(Denise and et. al., 2022). MAIN BODY It is essential to take care about every activity which are performed by the patient. I have provided learning to my junior about effective delivery of person centred care. through using the Gibbs reflective model, it can allow to demonstrate more effective about what has happened during that time(van Leeuwen and et. al., 2018). Description- I needed to delivery proper learning to my junior which includes the person centred care. Here, I have guided him to improve the communication skill which can play an important role in delivery of better and effective response towards the delivery of healthcare services which includes the episode of care in which patient is provided entire treatment for the illness. I have also included the understanding and benefits of assessing needs and planning care which is highly effective during delivery of person centred care. In this, it is also need to take care about the evaluating care needs which can help to deliver better care services to patient. Here, I have also provided learning about collaborative working which enable me to provide learningtojuniorabouttheservicedeliverwithcollaboratingwithotherhealthcare professionals. I also provide to access the use of the quality of care that can help in getting better service delivery(Andersson and et. al., 2022). Feelings- I have felt that there is need to provide better learning to my junior which can help in getting better understanding about the care services which are associated with delivery of person centred care. I also felt that verbal and nonverbal communication learning can enable my junior to communicate effectively during collaborative service delivery and ensure about proper care. After getting proper learning I also get the feedback from the my junior about their learning which enable me to understand that I have provided effective learning to my junior where I
realise about proper delivery of care which can help my junior to deliver quality care services during delivery of person centred care(Bradd and et. al., 2018). Evaluation- I think, I have provided enough basis leaning which can enable my junior to perform well and delivery of better care service to improve patient health. Learning about collaborative working has gone well where my junior effectively able to use the communication skill which help to get better care about the patient. While providing learning there were some factor which create hindrance in delivery of learning to my junior. This create the situation of getting better and effective response towards proper care. I have evaluated that episode of care include different learning which help to improve the better understanding to learning about patient centred care. Analysis- I have taken about the proficiency of nursing which enable to deliver proper care to patient. It enables me to provide proper ethical learning which can help to get better care about the effective learning. Here, I also provide the learning about the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of care(Radbron and et. al., 2021). Conclusion- I have learned many things while delivering learning to my junior. Here, I needed to get better care and use of the ethical responsibility through following the legislation, it allows to provide better care services to patient for their better health. I have also concluded that there is need to improve the communication skills and collaborative working that can assist my junior to use those in practice during delivery of person centered care. Action plan- In future, if I need to provide such of learning to other individual, I will make more easy to learn. I will use my proper information about the person centered care which can help to improve the learning and help to associate more appropriately with the learner that can enable to improve the learning and service delivery during person centered care(Springer and et. al., 2019).
