Introduction Personal development plan is a kind of plan that an individual may use it to identify their strengths and weakness. This plan can also be used by a person to identify their goals and the areas to improve themselves.A PDP is basically a shape of self assessment and self- mirrored image that is normally utilized in better training and workplace. However, it could additionally be a useful workout to someone personal life.In this report, it will cover a reflection my life as medical student. It will also cover the skills and carrer development theories that i posses in my life. At last, this report is going to cover my SMART objectives and PDP that will help to overcome from my weaknesses and improvise my strenghts. Main body Reflection I am currently doing an undergraduate course in medical field and in future I want to become a mental health nurse. My work is basically based on the physical and personal support in the hospital. I has also work experience which has more positive factors that could increase my ambition in my career field but it would benefit me more if I could participate in my chosen career field by gaining various skills either as a volunteer or a few hours a week. This is how I can be successful and keep going after I graduate. I had realized that working in my comfort zone that brings me a sense of belonging and security as I am predictable and know exactly what I am supposed to be doing. I can improve myself by trying different learning techniques and making contact with the work that I am interested in. I got to realize that my private values like empathy, kindness, honesty, and compassion, these values are essential in my existence but a number of this fee can conflict with my expert values as a carer intended to expose empathy to the character am being concerned to without be oversensitive. My Current skills set are discussed below Interpersonalskills:-Theseskillsarethecapabilitiesrequiredtocorrectly communicate, and interact with people and groups. I believe that with accurate interpersonal capabilities, it enables me to conduct robust verbal and non-verbal communicators and are regularly taken into consideration to be accurate with people. Whether these skills are used bymeinprofessionorpersonallifeinordertoachievethesuccessinmyhealth career(Lejeune and et. al., 2016).
Team working: -Team work is the capability to coordinate with the team members andthiscanbeachievedinbyenhancingthecommunicationskillsaswellasthe interpersonal skills. I had realized in my undergraduate course in the medical field that team working is very much effective and efficient. Resilient: -It is the capacity to stand and adapt the demanding situations to triumph over them. An individual with robust resilience abilities can cope with disappointments due to the fact that they do not allow setbacks and maintain them from progressing. This skill helps me to not give up and handle the various circumstances or situations very accurately. Like different people, they revel in problems and stress, however they revel in the ones elements greater definitely and do not permit them to obstruct success. Time management: -This crucial skill is very important in my health career because time management enables me to conduct every activity in the medical field very much effective and efficient manner. It is basically the procedure of making an effective plan and organizing which however enables to divide the activities and allot the time to done it. This overallhelpsmetoadaptthelatestmethodsofconductingworkandmeetthe deadlines(Vizzuso., 2015). Problem solving: -It is a technique of fixing any form of trouble and it is acted upon in a few steps. These steps begin from figuring out the trouble and figuring out the reason of the trouble. After the trouble and its reason are identified, the following step is to choose options for the answer and put in force the solutions. This skill helps to develop a critical mind which enables me to handle the situations or solve the critical problems very much effectively. This skill will also help in my future career of mental health nurse to solve the complex problems in critical situations. Cultural proficiency: -It is the skills, attitudes, knowledge, and ideals that permit human beings to conduct the activities well and be supportive of human beings in cross cultural settings.This helps me to relate to other individuals that came from different cultures and backgrounds in the hospital. Confidence: -It is a perception in oneself and the conviction that one has the cap potential to satisfy life's demanding situations and to succeed as well as the willingness to behave accordingly. Being confidence calls for a practical experience of one skill and feeling steady in that knowledge. This skill has enabled me to do the activities in more effectively and efficient way.

Social Here these kind of person enjoy doing things to help person such as teaching, nursing or first aid, giving information and try to generally avoids the use of machines, tools, or animals to achieve a goal(Sari., 2019). These people are good in counselling, teaching, nurturing, or imparting information. This kind of person give values to the helpful people and solve social problems Persons here are himself as helpful, friendly, and trustworthy.
Investigative This kind of person enjoys studying and solving math or science problems and generally try to avoids leading, selling, or convincing people. These people are good at understanding and solving scientific and mathematical problems. Persons having this personality type values science and they sees himself as accurate, scientific, and intellectual. Enterprising ď‚·This person enjoys to lead and persuade people and then sell things and ideas as well as try to generally avoids activities that require careful observation and scientific and analytical thinking. ď‚·This kind of person are good at managing people and selling things or ideas. ď‚·People here are appreciating success in politics, leadership, or business. ď‚·These people consider themselves to be energetic, ambitious and sociable(Jackson- Martin., 2017). Artistic ď‚·This kind of people enjoys creative activities such as art, drama, crafts, dance, music or creative writing and generally, avoids very orderly or repetitive activities. ď‚·These people generally have good artistic ability in creative writing, acting, crafts, music, or art. ď‚·They appreciate the creative arts such as theatre, music, art or the works of creative writers; and ď‚·People here sees itself as expressive, original and independent(Doctoral and et. al., 2017).
