Introduction Self-analysis refers to an ability in which an individual develops better potential to perform a given or allotted task work. In the present report overview of my personal analysis, career action plan, CV, LinkedIn profile and job advertisement is being presented. Moreover, current report is reflection over researches performed in CW1 in which expertise over my marketing skills is being highlighted. The following report consist of developing reflective report overoperationalworkingofrespectiveretailorganisationinwhichfurthermoreseveral deviations regarding effective operational working of the firm is also being highlighted (Gretter, 2018). Main Body Personal analysis The term personal analysis refers to self-evaluation of personal skill sets as well as abilities for performing a specified given task. An individual by taking into consideration strengths and weaknesses being derived from personal analysis can develop better standards over working for a specific task or goal. A person can convert strengths to potential opportunity and through identification of weaknesses can lower the amount of damage which could be caused due to upcoming threats. In my context, I use personal analysis which provides me with specified strengths and weaknesses over performing an activity which relates to my personal interested area of working i.e. Marketing. The given model provides me with great help in regards to performing various actions or activities in the most effective manner as possible. For the purpose being considerations for use of SWOT analysis is being taken into account. My SWOT analysis is presented below based on current working situation (House, Spencer and Pfund, 2018); StrengthsCommunication: One of my foremost strength is of effective communication. This skill forms my greatest strength as it helps me in carrying respective task allottedtomewithmybestefforts through transmission of my thoughts and ideas in an effective manner. Weaknesses Team-work: I lack in operating a given unit as a team. Due to this shortcoming I am unable to perform an allotted team taskwithmostefficiency.This sometimes lead to wastage of resources andalsocanbepotentialcauseof disputeorconflictsinagiven
