Introduction
Leadership basically means the ability to lead
a group of people in order to achieve some
success or goal. Any business organisation
will not be able to achieve the success of its
business without an effective leadership.

Qualities of a Good Leadership
Decisive in Nature: A good leader must take decision which should
be in time. If the leader does not take decisions on the appropriate
time, the opportunities for the growth of a business can be missed.
Taking good decisions without wasting time improves the
productivity of the company

Types of Leadership Models/Theories
The Great Man Theories: This theory
was also similar to the above mentioned
theory in which it was stated that person
who born with certain capabilities such
as confidence and a better personality
can become a good leader.

Transformational Leadership: This theory has been evolved by a
sociologist named James MacGregor Burns in 1970. In this theory
he pointed out that a transformational leader must try to motivate
the members of his team in order to establish a connection among
them which is opposite to the transactional model

Impact of Leadership Style in Facebook
There are various styles of leadership which helps a person in to
determine that which leadership theory will be best for the
company. Examples of these leadership styles are Autocratic
Leadership, Delegative Leadership, Laissez Faire Leadership
and Holistic Leadership.

Conclusion
By the above research it can be concluded that abilities of a leader is the
main reason behind the success of a business. Each business has to
adopt a leadership style which will act beneficial for the company.
Various theories of leadership has been discussed through which it
can be concluded that how applying theories of the leadership in a
business organisation will positively impact upon its growth.
