3.1Process and activities required to implement the development plan.
There is a specific process which is required for modify the abilities of an individual. In
order to enforce a scheme of development, evert single persons needs to follow some process
which will assure the implementation in a proper manner. It is based on the individual learning
style and it is used as a basis to ensure the adaptation of every thing imparted in the event (Van
Driel and Berry, 2012). The following steps to implement the development plan:
Setting up time scale- The goals and objectives have to be based on SMART manner so
that time will consume at minimum rate which conduct plan.
Assessment of KSA- The analysis of an employee will be formulated in a way which
boost their ability to do work and raise the productivity level.
Learning strategy- There are different strategies and style which based on researchers
and they maintain strong theory of strategic based.
3.2Undertaking and documenting development activities as planned.
There are various activities which take place while developmental plan is implemented.
Training- This is the main event which will be taking place for providing change and
apply development plan for individual. It will include different types of training such as
simulation, role play's etc.
Learning event- This is considered to be a complete event which will take place and
process the planning, organising, implementing and learning.
Change management- Individual have to map out the phase of transition so as to ensure
that there are no gap left in the actual change and standardised change.
Research- The research is required to conduct a successful event which will enable
person in knowing different type of methods and techniques.
Monitoring and evaluating- This is a continuous process which will conducted by
person and authority as to ensure that learning is resulting in a positive result or not.
