INTRODUCTION
It can be stated that personal and professional development both of them plays a vital role
for any human being. The personal development is all about improving yourself , worth of life
and the professional development is about to learning, gain more knowledge, develop skills that
helps throughout the career, for the higher education learning professional and personal
development both of them are necessary (Kroll, and Dussias, 2017). Higher education learning
is provides after completion of secondary education, it provides not only in higher education
institutes but also in training and technical courses. This project is about the skill needed for the
HE learner and why this skill are important for the HE learner also reflect my own skills and how
I developed my own HE learning will be discussed.
MAIN BODY
The HE learning is also called tertiary education and its provides after the secondary and
graduation studies it provides at academics, technological institutes, colleges, universities it is a
formal learning. It develops a people personally and professionally and creates various
opportunities for the students that are helps in their career development. It is the advanced level
of secondary education there are various skill needed for the HE learner. Develop effective team
working skills so that it can helps in leads the team and coordination HE learner have a
knowledge of the good academic writing skills so understand that information and gain
knowledge (Ebadi, and Rahimi, 2018).
It should have a presentation skill so that present ourselves in front of the industries and
also present their thoughts, ideas that help in their career development. It should have team
working skills that how to work with the team and should have good communication and IT
skills the good communication skills increases the confidence and friendly with the technology.
HE learner must have a decision making and problem solving skills so by that can solve
industries and the economy problems. There is some skill that HE learner must have time
management skills, skill of money management, stress management skill.
All the skills are important for the HE learner it helps in the career development and
creates opportunity. Effective team working skills is essential for the HE learner it helps in the
working with the team and provides knowledge that how to coordinate, contribute and manage
the team. Higher institutes of education more focus on improving team working skill so that
