Bydevelop various skills in the workers an organisation can achieve the success in an effective way(Moon,2013).Manager of firm can use the development plan for increasing the skills of workers.It is very important for an individual to do the analysis of his own strengths and weakness sothat he can better choose the line of his career and the same time can achieve growth andsuccess. Various approaches of self managed learning is detailed under this report. Both personaland professional learning could be encouraged by the lifelong long learning is also mentionedunder this. Various advantages of self learning approaches to individual and organisation ismentioned under this essay. Along with this, various solutions to work based problems andeffective time management strategies is also detailed under this.TASK 11.1 Self-managed learning approachesVarious approaches of self-learning are there. 1.2 Ways in which lifelong learning could be encouragedContinuous evaluation and analysis of own strengths, weakness, threats and opportunitiesis known as continuous learning. It helps in building confidence of an individual and improve hiscommunication skills as well.Evaluation of self: SWOT is one of the relevant tool of doing self-evaluation, this willhelp me in identifying my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This can beunderstood by following:Strengths are “Good communication skills etc.Weakness are “Do not like change etc.Opportunities are “chances of growth and learn new things, better working environment”Threats can be “recession”Continuous learning: Learning something new from life events and experiences isknown as continuous learning. It helps in enhancing the knowledge of an individual andprovide support to enterprise to achieve set objectives easily. Effective leadership: Under this individual learns how different approaches of leadershipaffect the behaviour and activities of employees. This helps an individual to learn how hecan change his style of leadership for influencing large number of employees and totackle the critical situations. Overall it helps people to learn how to behave for effectivelyachieving ends results.Effective communication and good leadership: In today organisation, large number ofemployees work, belonging from different background and culture.
