Organisation is facing high employee
turnover at all the levels which
means employees to remain in it
because of certain issues such as high
work load, stress and other. This
directly affects the service provided
to customers. To eliminate this, it is
necessary to take certain action in
solving issues.
The high labour turnover is determined in
Paramount Travel Hotel it states that appointed
employees do not remain within it for long
period. This problem is arising due to high
workloads, less motivation and job satisfaction.
This have led to significant issue i.e. decline in
services to customers. This issues must be
effectively solved by taking necessary action.
Once this are solved it will increase effectiveness
of customer’s service.

Dividing work as per capabilities: - The issue of high
employee turnover due to more work load can be solved by dividing
work within staff members as per their capabilities to perform. It will
also lead to specialisation of in performance and increases effectiveness
in providing service to its customers.

communication channel within organisation which will help to
maintain proper contact within all employees and supports in providing
effective services to customers. It also supports in reducing issue of
